It combines acupressure on the sen lines (meridians of Chinese medicine) with passive stretching (from yoga asanas). It is done on the floor, the client is dressed, and we do not use any oil. It is recommended for sportsmen/sportswomen who need stretching and for those who dislike oil or being undressed.
Aromatherapy is the art of inducing relaxation on the muscular system, using essential oils from your choice. The pressure is medium-soft. This treatment helps to relax through the combination of the sense of touch with the olfactory sense.
Techniques to relieve muscle tension and to unwind from workout routine, are carried out with medium to firm pressure. We recommend this massage after a golf day or cycling.
