The property is newly built in 2022 and offers a large swimming pool, various outdoor areas suitable for all weather and daily variations, a beautiful garden, several terraces and a splendid view over Palma city, Bellver Castle and Tramuntana from the ”roof-top” terrace – here you will also find your own private pool area. The decoration is very careful, full of details of good taste and exclusive furniture.
Mas 39 is distributed over 3 floors, in the basement you will find a living area with TV, a room with two beds, an en suite bathroom and the laundry room.
In the ground floor you will find a single room with bathroom in suite, the main kitchen and the living area with TV. Outdoor area with a big table for 6 people, heating terrace and the pool area with tropical garden and sunbeds.
In the first floor you will find 2 double rooms with bathroom en suite and a big terrace with chill out area.
In the roof terrace you will find a pool and sunbeds, the perfect place to enjoy the calm and the atmosphere of the neighborhood.

Son Espanyolet is a growing and charming neighbourhood, which can be seen as an extension of the popular area of Santa Catalina. Here you will find peace and tranquility, but at the same time be situated in a very central location. It is a mixture of chalets with gardens and low buildings. From many of the properties you have a beautiful view of the Bellver Castle and even the sea.
