The property is newly built in 2020 and offers a large swimming pool, various outdoor areas suitable for all weather and daily variations, a beautiful garden, several terraces and a splendid view over Palma city and the port area from the ”roof-top” terrace – here you will also find your own private pool area. The decoration is very careful, full of details of good taste and exclusive furniture, which makes a stay in this house, an experience for the senses.
Can a sense is distributed over 3 floors, in the basement you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living area with TV, a room with three beds, an en suite bathroom, a toilet and the laundry room.
In the ground floor you will find a single room with bathroom in suite, the main kitchen and the living area with TV. Outdoor area with a big table for 8 people and the pool area with tropical garden and sunbeds.
In the first floor you will find 2 double rooms with bathroom en suite and a big terrace with chill out area.
In the roof terrace you will find a pool and chill out area with bali bed, the perfect place to enjoy the calm and the atmosphere of the neighborhood.
