Q: What is included in the price when I book?

A: Regardless of which villa you choose, you will find:

• Final cleaning, which is covered by the 180 EUR listed in your booking contract
• All beds ready made with bed linen
• 1 small and 1 larger towel
• Initial stock of toilet paper

Extra cost (advance notice may be required):

• Villa pre-stocking of groceries, household goods, toilet paper etc.
• Maid service
• Additional housekeeping
• Linen change
• Mid-stay clean
• Activities and excursions

Q: Where are the villas located?

A: All our villas are located in a city area of palma called “Son Espanyolet.” On our frontpage you can see a map, with the pin dropped in Carrer de Alzina whcih is one of the streets where we have villas located. The villas are located and can be entered from Carrer: de Alzina, de Porto & de Mas. All villas are within a radius of 200 metres from eachother.
