This range, of easy-drinking wines, pays tribute to the great noble French varietals and especially to the roots of Ropiteau Frères.

This 100% Chardonnay is harvested in the south of France. It is grown in clay-limestone soils influenced by the Mediterranean climate.

De-stemming, short maceration with skin contact, pressing, controlled fermentation at low temperatures, some in oak. Malolactic fermentation was partially stopped to preserve freshness. A blend of wines which have undergone different types of vinification allowed us to obtain greater finesse and aromatic complexity. One third of the cuvee benefited from maceration in different wood-fired oak barrels which adds aromatic complexity and gives a sugar feel in the mouth.

COLOUR: Beautiful pale gold with green tinges, bright and clear.

NOSE: Complex aromas of citrus and exotic fruits as well as toasted nuts.

PALATE: A rich yet fresh wine with softness and lingering fruitiness. Very delicate mouth feel.

The process of elaboration begins with the manual harvest with boxes in the early morning in the end of August, beginning of September.
A film maceration is carried out in pneumatic press for about 12 hours to favor the extraction of aromatic components. A static racking is carried out and the alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks.
Transfer of the wine to French oak barrels, keeping its aging on the lees for three months.

Yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright appearance.
Aromas of tropical fruit, banana, white fruit, together with light balsamic, spicy notes, vanilla, coconut, fruit of the barrel fermentation.

Bright and very pale green colour, which clearly evokes freshness.
Its fresh and intense aroma presents many different fruity notes coming from the grapes used in its
production. We find the apple notes from Premsal, the tropical touches from Malmsey, and the citrus notes
(tangerine and grapefruit) from Muscat à Petits Grains. A soft and sweet background of dried apricots is also
present.
On the palate, its acidity contributes to a very pleasant overall sensation of freshness. The citrus notes are
especially responsible for this enjoyable feeling of freshness, along with a slight mineral touch in the
background.
Original and surprising, it also evokes the Mediterranean character, with an aftertaste that begs for another glass. Ideal to enjoy on its own, especially in summertime, but also paired with any fish dish.

20% of the total has 4 months of aging in french oak barrels, the remaining 80% has not had aging, its elaboration and combination of varieties as well as very limited production make it a very exclusive wine.

Transparent white color, very clean, with some greenish notes.It presents aromas of tropical fruits and especially notes of mediterranean flutes, pear, apricot and nispero, very fresh, soft and very easy to drink.Majorcan autochthonous varieties predominate, all influenced by the proximity of the Albufera de Mallorca, "at sea level", which gives it a softness that invites you to continue drinking.It is recommended to serve it very cold.

Aromas of seeded fruits, candied fruits and rose petals which evolve into tropical notes of mango and spices like red pepper.

The palate is greedy, meaty and powerful, filling all voids with the ripeness Freyé offer.

Born in the heart of the massifs of Provence, in the midst of olive tree fields and crystalline springs, From the richness of its terroir Manon draws the elegance of a great rose wine. Boasting a limpid and brilliant pink colour, this wine offers a nose of white flowers and pit fruit. The mouthfeel is rich, potent and fresh with a silky structure that confers a lingering finish.

This wine is the result of a rigorous production method applied by some of our best partner vine-growers. Blending and maturing is ensured by our teams, mindful of constantly offering the very best of the appellation We wait until the grapes are the perfect ripeness with an ideal balance of sugar and acidity. The grapes are gently pressed and the free run juice is fermented while we carefully control the temperature to keep all the delicate aromas and flavours of the grapes.

The "terroir" of the Côtes de Provence appellation is formed by complex geological features. Two main geological features coexist in the Côtes de Provence: limestone to the north and west and crystalline to the south and east. The western and northern parts of the Côtes de Provence are composed of foothills and limestone ridges sculpted by erosion. Provence is recognized historically as a producer of Rosé wines that are pale, fruity and full bodied.

“Onion skin” colour, bright and grey highlights on the rim. Sweet fruit aromas with stewed tropical fruits. Pomegranate notes, which can be a reflection of the abundant pomegranate trees planted on the farm. In the background caramel and cream appear, which envelop the fruity notes of the wine and give it greater complexity. On the palate, its friendly character stands out, resulting in a very enveloping and pleasant wine. In the end it has a certain bitterness that gives it elegance and length. The proximity to the bay of Pollença and its exposure to the northeasterly winds (Gregal) that arrive fresher from the sea, make the wine preserves an adequate acidity in its passage through the mouth with slight nuances of saline notes that make it a unique and original product.

Made with must from native white grapes, "Giro Ros", and must from the bleeding of wort must of Shira red grapes, its elaboration and combination of varieties as well as the very limited production make it a very exclusive wine.

Strong cherry red colour, clean and bright with tile and brick tones.

Powerful, intense aromas of ripe black fruits with toasted hints of oak, vanilla and cocoa, with subtle balsamic nuances provided through the cask-conditioning.

The attack is powerful, but fine and delicate, very flavourful, very long, very fruity. Hints of black fruits such as strawberry, blackberry and cranberry, wrapped in a covering of cocoa, toffee and chocolate.

Since the 1944 vintage, Bodegas Briego has won significant awards for this labour. Five consecutive vintages managed to achieve best Reserva de la Ribera del Duero in the Envero Awards. With their Reserva from 1995 they achieved the best Spanish wine in the Paradores Awards. Fiel 1998 achieved the eighth best wine in the world at Madrid Fusion, and Fiel 2004 also came third. The influental Financial Times wine critic, Giles MacDonogh, after a visit to Ribera del Duero, described Briego as his greatest discovery and was full of praise, comparing it the the great wines of Borgoña.  Recently the prestigious American magazing Wine Advocate, directed by the critic Robert Parker, gave 91 points to Briego Crianza 2009 and 92 to Ankal Reserva 2009.

A selection of vines in Briones, Rioja Alta which are 15–20 years old on average, grown in mainly ferrous-clay soils.

Hand picked. All the grapes are placed in a cold room for 36 hours before being processed on the sorting table. The grape harvest began in early October.

After mild crushing, the grapes are fed by gravity into small French oak vats where they ferment and are left to macerate for 20 days in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature of 28 °C with light pumpovers.

Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, with periodic rackings, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle-ageing hall.

Our bottle is inspired in an original eighteenth-century bottle that is on exhibit at the Vivanco Museum of the Culture of Wine.

Bright cherry-red. Intense aromas of fresh, ripe, red fruit, with spicy and liquorice notes, accompanied by elegant toasty and smoky hints. Fresh and sweet in the mouth, with a very well-balanced, persistent and elegant mouthfeel.

The elaboration process begins with the manual harvesting of our oldest vines early in the morning, ensuring that the grapes enter at low temperature in the cellar, where they are kept in cold rooms at 0ºC for three days.
For the fermentation of the wine, selected barrels of 500L oak and stainless steel tanks are used. After a brief rest process to eliminate the coarse particles, aging begins for a year, in the same type of barrel used in the fermentation process.

The grapes are harvested by hand before being strictly
selected, one by one, at the triage table, from our oldest vines of the native Mantonegro, a variety with amazing aromatic potential that adds fruit and warmth. Complemented with 25-year-old vines of more structured varieties as Syrah, Cabernet and Merlot.

Myotragus is an author's wine that focuses on giving prominence to the varieties of our land. The Mantonegro, the Callet and the Monastrell give the wine its own identity that still has a world in which to discover itself. On the other hand, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon help us to harmonize and dress this invaluable composition that we age for a year in the best oak barrels from France, America and Hungary.

The mixture of Mediterranean varieties in coupage with the French ones give as a result a superb wine that combines solidity and lightness in the mouth. Its fruity and rustic aromas are especially noteworthy. They include fig and fennel. The palate is broad and round, with medium-high tannins, ripe fruits are palate and leave as a farewell a pleasant sensation of well-structured wine.

This wine has a deep purplish red colour, very clean, suggestive of ripe cherries. Its aroma is expressive, fresh and
fruity, with notes of figs and ripe red fruits (cherries and strawberries). These notes are complemented by a back
ground of brioche and butter. The palate is fresh and full, with prominent fruity notes and with no sharpness. The
finish is slightly dry, but the aftertaste is pleasant and long. It is a surprising wine, not only because of the intensity
of its bouquet and flavour, but also due to its balance and harmony, considering that this is a completely frank wine
in the sense that it has not been aged in oak barrels. It is ideal to enjoy with tapas, rice dishes and any dish containing dried fruits like raisins, dried apricots, prunes or blueberries.

DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) stands for a controlled and guaranteed indication of origin. The growing region, located between the town of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, is limited to 6,500 hectares, ensuring a higher quality grape than is produced in other DOC growing regions. A spontaneous, radiant and romantic expression of the Moët & Chandon style, distinguished by a lively fruit and an expressive and seductive palate. Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay varieties. It has a shining pink color with copper reflections, expressive aromas with a predominance of berries, floral notes and a spicy touch. The harvest of the Mantonegro variety takes place at the end of September, coinciding with the end of the harvest. After the harvest, a brief maceration process is carried out for a few hours to obtain the appropriate coloring and aromatic elements. 10% of the base wine comes from a selection of fine grain French oak barrels, the remaining 90% coming from stainless steel tanks.
Made using the traditional method champenoise, process used for the production of large sparkling wines of the Champagne region, where CO2 is obtained naturally with the fermentation itself, achieving a smaller bubble.
After the first fermentation, the pulping process is carried out, where sugar and yeasts carefully selected by our winemakers are added and the second fermentation begins in the bottle for an average of 15 months, after which the removal process is carried out. move sediments to the neck of the bottle for subsequent disgorging without the contribution of expedition liquor, thus configuring a Brut Nature from Binissalem.
