Savor authentic paella in a backyard

You’ll be welcomed into my kitchen and garden to master the fine art of cooking the perfect paella, following my grandmother’s recipe. Using only the freshest ingredients we’ll prepare slow-cooked sofrito and stock, the two most important ingredients of paella. We’ll enjoy wine, tapas and a delicious meal together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world.
